In 2019, we announced the national rollout in the U.S. of our Track + Trace System that enables us to identify the distributor that sold a confiscated and reported JUUL Device, and potentially the retailer that the distributor sold it to. If a JUUL Device is confiscated from someone who is underage, a parent, teacher, or other individual can provide the serial number of the JUUL Device to our online-reporting portal. Our dedicated team will monitor these submissions and track confiscated products. Once identified, we will take appropriate action.
